Founded and managed all facets of this initiative for over a decade in partnership with DJO Global, the world’s World’s sports medicine supplier. Successfully created the most visible and robust direct-to-consumer sports medicine retail site worldwide. In 2011 DJO Global acquired www.BetterBraces.com. Rebrand voted 2016 Internet Retailer Site Redesign of the Year Finalist.
This project’s goal was to launch DonJoy’s first line of bracing targeted to consumers. The scope went well beyond a good looking website. It needed an equal blend of branding and e-commerce to be successful. This site needed to achieve aspirational visuals with usability intended to drive conversions. Both were successfully accomplished as the brand thrives with direct sales while also supporting retailers. A full digital marketing strategy was also created and executed for this exciting new brand.
With a new concept in energy delivery, Clean Energy Patch needed to not only educate its prospective customers, but it also needed the plan to retain them to build lifetime value. With a new site and messaging the brand was properly positioned to successfully begin a more aggressive acquisition strategy. As sales rolled in an email contact strategy was implemented to retain and keep those customers coming back.
